"The NRA has been saying all along that Barack Obama would unleash an assault on our Second Amendment freedoms if he won a second term. It sure didn’t take long for him to prove us right.
Just hours after Obama won re-election last Tuesday, his administration endorsed a new effort by the global gun grabbers at the United Nations to draft a gun ban treaty early next year. The official starting point for the new talks is last year’s failed draft, which contains provisions that threaten our sovereign right to keep and bear arms through an international gun registration scheme.
And not long after Obama floated the idea of banning semi-automatic firearms, we learned that California Senator Dianne Feinstein was working with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to draft new legislation that would ban semi-automatic rifles, shotguns and handguns, so-called “high capacity” magazines, and rifles and shotguns with pistol grips. Reportedly, Feinstein wants to make it illegal not just to sell your guns and magazines, but to leave them behind in your will.
Not surprisingly, the lights had hardly gone out at Obama’s victory celebration last week when gun-hating New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, along with his pollster, Frank Luntz, were conducting push polls to promote government control over every firearm transfer — including between fathers and sons, and grandfathers and grandsons."

Obama serious about paying back his electorate.
Obama's going to have a serious discussion on the economy... without any economists, businessmen, or legislators. He is going to invite all his race baiting buddies and campaign contributors however. The fiscal cliff won't be solved, in fact Obama will promise and repay his liberal friends for reelection to the tune of millions of dollars in additional debt.

Obama targets land owners
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/11/16/ranchers-farmers-brace-for-death-tax-impact/?intcmp=trending
"There is no way financially my kids can pay what the IRS is going to demand from them nine months after death and keep this ranch intact for their generation and future generations," said Kester, of the Bear Valley Ranch in Central California.
Two decades ago, Kester paid the IRS $2 million when he inherited a 22,000-acre cattle ranch from his grandfather. Come January, the tax burden on his children will be more than $13 million.
"We're not millionaires in the terms of making a million dollars a year," said Kester who lives in a modest home and whose family -- not outsiders or a corporation -- runs his ranch. "I have a half-a-million dollars in soil."
Kester can't spend it, without selling land. But by selling the land, each year the ranch would become less viable.
Ironically, many nations historically more concerned with class and wealth -- namely Russia and China -- have since abandoned their estate taxes.
Why are we paying the government, over and over again for something we own? If even the communists have realized it's a bad idea shouldn't Obama and his minions be able to figure it out? Guess what, he has! Pay attention, these are not isolated events. All of Obama's policies have the same effect.

EPA - screw the people, we're going corn.
http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20121117/AUTO01/211170359/EPA-rejects-bid-to-relax-ethanol-mandate
"....corn prices jump 400 percent in recent years. But it is a loss for pork and beef producers who say the diversion of corn to ethanol raises feed prices and ultimately prices at the supermarket.
Automakers have clashed with ethanol advocates and opposed boosting the percentage of ethanol. They argue that higher concentrations of ethanol in gasoline — which may be necessary in order to meet stepped-up minimums for annual ethanol usage — can harm engines in most vehicles on the road today."
This makes it a compete loss for the American people, including Obama's 51% who are too stupid to realize it. Your food prices went up, your fuel prices went up, your shipping went up, all of your consumer goods went up, your fuel economy went down, and your car wont last as long. This will cost Americans thousands of dollars a year ON TOP of the taxes paid to subsidize ethanol. Wake up, all of Obama's policies impoverish the middle class. His goal is to guarantee only socialists are elected by impoverishing then putting all of the formerly middle class on welfare of one sort or another.

Obama's inheritance.

Ratings firm Egan-Jones
cut its credit rating on the U.S. government to "AA-" from "AA," citing
its opinion that quantitative easing from the Federal Reserve would
hurt the U.S. economy and the country's credit quality.

In its downgrade, the firm said that issuing more currency and depressing interest rates through purchasing mortgage-backed securities does little to raise the U.S.'s real gross domestic product, but reduces the value of the dollar.
In
turn, this increases the cost of commodities, which will pressure the
profitability of businesses and increase the costs of consumers thereby
reducing consumer purchasing power, the firm said.
In
April, Egan-Jones cuts the U.S. credit rating to "AA" from "AA+" with a
negative watch, citing a lack of progress in cutting the mounting federal debt.

Bill Cosby "I'm 83 and Tired"
Service, I've worked hard since I was 17. Except for some serious
health challenges, I put in 50-hour weeks, and didn't call in sick in nearly
40 years. I made a reasonable salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my
income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, it looks as
though retirement was a bad idea, and I'm tired. Very tired.
I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who
don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take
the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy
to earn it.
I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I
can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and
daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight
offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't
"believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning
teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the
genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and
Shari'a law tells them to.
I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let
Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries use our oil money to fund mosques
and madrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in Australia , New Zealand ,
UK , America and Canada , while no one from these countries are allowed to
fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia or any other
Arab country to teach love and tolerance..
I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global
warming, which no one is allowed to debate.
I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help
support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ
rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses
or stick a needle in their arm while they tried to fight it off?
I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of all
parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful
mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting
caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.
I'm really tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and
actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination
or big-whatever for their problems.
I'm also tired and fed up with seeing young men and women in their teens and
early 20's be-deck them selves in tattoos and face studs, thereby making
themselves un-employable and claiming money from the Government.
Yes, I'm damn tired. But I'm also glad to be 83.. Because, mostly, I'm not
going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for
my granddaughter and their children. Thank God I'm on the way out and not
on the way in.

Denny's to charge 5% 'Obamacare surcharge' and cut employee hours to deal with cost of legislation

President Obama's election victory ensured his Affordable Care Act would
remain the centerpiece of his first term in power - but that has left
some business owners baulking at the extra cost Obamcare will bring.
Florida
based restaurant boss John Metz, who runs approximately 40 Denny's and
owns the Hurricane Grill & Wings franchise has decided to offset
that by adding a five percent surcharge to customers' bills and will
reduce his employees' hours.
With
Obamacare due to be fully implemented in January 2014, Metz has
justified his move by claiming it is 'the only alternative. I've got to
pass on the cost to the customer.'
A Florida restaurant owner who runs 40
franchises of the Denny's restaurant chain has threatened to add a five
percent surcharge to customers bills in an effort to combat Obamacare
The fast-food business owner is
set to hold meetings at his restaurants in December where he will tell
employees, 'that because of Obamacare, we are going to be cutting
front-of-the-house employees to under 30 hours, effective Here are the consequences of h Obamacare we've been warning about. I've point out before that there is no such thing as a business tax, and here it is in black and white. Democrats tax YOU everytime they claim to go after the rich in class warfare.
immediately.'
Claiming that he is not anti-insurance Metz has said that he understands the problems this will cause for his employees.
John Metz also owns Hurricane Grill & Wings
which has 48 franchises around the country and falls under the umbrella
of his firm RREMC Restaurants
'I think it's a terrible thing.
It's ridiculous that the maximum hours we can give people is 28 hours a
week instead of 40,' said Metz to the Huffington Post.
'It's going to force my employees to go out and get a second job.'
Obamacare requires businesses or franchises with more
than 50 workers must offer an approved insurance plan or pay a penalty
of $2,000 for each full-time worker over 30 workers.
The program mandates that only
employees working more than 30 hours a week are covered under their
employers health insurance plan, chains like Olive Garden and Red
Lobster are already considering reduced worker hours.
'Obviously, I'd love to cover all our employees under that insurance,' said Metz.
'But
to pay $5,000 per employee would cost us $175,000 per restaurant and
unfortunately, most of our restaurants don't make $175,000 a year. I
can't afford it.'
Obamacare supporters and protesters gather in
front of the U.S. Supreme Court to find out the ruling on the Affordable
Health Act June 28, 2012 - the Court upheld the controversial
legislation
Several other restaurants
including Papa John's, Apple Metro and Jimmy John's have announced plans
to skirt Obamacare by reducing employees hours to make them part-time.
Indeed,
Metz is adding the surcharge because he believes that eventually firms
will be fined for not covering staff who complete over 30-hours in a
week,
In November, a
poll for Kaiser Health Tracking found that 43 percent of the United
States had a favourable opinion of Obamcare, while 39-percent had an
unfavourable one.
'Instead
of indirectly charging customers by raising prices, he is directly
charging and making a political statement,' said Paul Fronstin, director
of the health research program at the Employee Benefit Research
Institute in Washington.
Here to stay: President Barack Obama's landmark health care legislation has been cemented into law by his re-election
'Potentially 43 percent of this
person's customers may find the explicit charge a turnoff, and vote
with their feet and their money and choose not to eat there.'
Despite this, Metz has admitted he is willing to take the heat should the decision backfire on him.
'We're
trying to get more restaurant operators rallied around the concept of
adding a 5 percent surcharge to their bill to cover the costs of
Obamacare as opposed to raising prices,' he said.
Earlier this week Papa John's CEO John Schnatter told shareholders in a conference call this week that
Obamacare would cost the company 11 to 14 cents per pizza, a cost that would be
passed on to customers.
